Cardiopathway LLC ("CardioPathway," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through www.cardiopathway.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including:
- Contact details — your name and email address when you download a free guide, join our list, or submit a form.
- Scheduling information — when you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects your name, email, and any details you enter to arrange the meeting.
- Survey responses — if you complete one of our surveys, the answers you provide (our surveys are anonymous unless you choose to give your email).
- Automatically collected data — as with most websites, our hosting and form providers may log technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and to operate the Site.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
How we use your information
- To send you the guides, resources, or information you request;
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule calls;
- To send occasional updates about CardioPathway, which you can unsubscribe from at any time;
- To understand and improve the Site; and
- To comply with our legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Site and communicate with you, including Formspree (form submissions), Calendly (scheduling), Vercel (hosting and privacy-friendly analytics), and Google (business email). These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Cookies and analytics
The Site uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly measurement tool that does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. It records aggregate page views and performance data only — never individual profiles. Some embedded tools, such as the Calendly scheduling widget, may set their own cookies when you interact with them, subject to their own privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message, and you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on where you live (for example, California residents under the CCPA), you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. To make a request, email steven@cardiopathway.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
