These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of www.cardiopathway.com (the "Site"), operated by Cardiopathway LLC ("CardioPathway," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About CardioPathway
CardioPathway provides structured educational programs and resources for cardiovascular workforce development. The Site is an informational and marketing website. Access to our courses, simulator, or application may be governed by separate agreements.
Educational purpose — important notice
CardioPathway's content is for professional education and training support only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for your facility's training, policies, protocols, supervision, or scope-of-practice requirements. CardioPathway is RCIS/RCES (CCI)-aligned but is not a certifying body, accrediting body, or continuing-education (CE) provider. Always follow your institution's guidance and applicable clinical standards.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and the CardioPathway™ name and marks — are owned by Cardiopathway LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial reference.
Information you submit
When you submit information (such as your email address or survey responses), you represent that it is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Your submissions are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to and integrates third-party services (such as our scheduling provider and application). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their terms.
