Institutional Licensing

Priced against contract labor. Not education budgets.

One traveling cath lab tech costs a hospital roughly $200,000 a year. A CardioPathway license is a fraction of that — and it builds technologists who stay.

2026 Founding Partner Program · 5 Slots

$30,000 / year — locked for 3 years.

Our founder personally leads every implementation, which caps 2026 at five partner hospitals. Founding Partners get Hospital-License scope at a locked rate in exchange for outcome data, a case study, and reference calls. When the five slots fill, list pricing applies.

How we remove the risk

Two guarantees, in writing.

The 90-Day Launch Guarantee

If your first cohort isn't live within 90 days of signing, you don't pay until it is — and we do the implementation work to get you there. Your first 90 days are a structured launch: we train your educators, help identify candidates, and build your cohort plan. Billing starts when your cohort does.

The Readiness Guarantee

Any learner who completes their pathway and doesn't pass their CCI exam keeps full access and structured review support, free, until they do.

CardioPathway guarantees access and support — not exam results. Certification is administered by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). CardioPathway is not a certifying, accrediting, or CE body.

The full stack

You're not buying courses. You're buying a workforce system.

Questions

Answers before you ask.

We don't have 15 people ready to train. Does this still make sense?
Yes — that's exactly why licenses cover the site, not a headcount. Most partners start with a cohort of 3–5. Identifying candidates is part of the 90-day launch we run with you; the Leadership Outreach Kit exists for exactly that.
Can we trial it first?
Better — your first 90 days are the implementation period, and if your cohort isn't live in 90 days, you don't pay until it is. You're not risking a trial; we're guaranteeing a launch.
What budget does this come from?
Most partners fund it from contract-labor reduction, not education. One traveling tech costs roughly $200K a year; a license is a fraction of that.
We already train in-house.
Keep doing so — CardioPathway is the standardized knowledge layer beneath your clinical training, not a replacement. The difference is evidence: "we trained them" becomes a documented record of what each learner knows.
How is the content delivered?
Through a hosted LMS (TalentLMS) with named individual accounts and tracked progress, plus textbooks, student workbooks, and preceptor books for your cohort. Simulators run in the browser on any device.
What happens to the content if someone leaves?
Learning lives in named individual accounts. What the institution keeps is the system: competency records, preceptor workflow, the processes and procedures manual, and the evidence engine.
Does CardioPathway certify our techs?
No — certification is granted by CCI. CardioPathway prepares learners and documents readiness; the credential and the clinical sign-off remain where they belong.
